We are offering for sale a Folk Costume for Women:
BLOUSE (iie): rich hand embroydery on sleeves, on the front and on the back of the blouse.
Embroydery: gold yellow and blue silk and cotton
About 70 years old. Sleeves trimmed with white lace (machine made)
SKIRT (poale): Modest amount of hand work; trimmed with the same lace as the sleeves.
Age: loks newer than the blouse, so it is either
less worn, or cleaned, or made at a later date to match the blouse.
BELT: Commercial belt "tri-color" with the colors of the Romanian falg: red, yellow, blue.
On religious holidays or family events (weddings) the belt is folk style (not included.)
On official events, national holidays the belt is the "tri-color" (included.)
APRONS: Two aprons. Base fabric cotton, woven. Pattern: embroydery.
Embroydery, similar to the blouse: gold yellow and blue, plus some red, brown, green
