Ttraditional big round brooch, hung on embroidered ribbon

Bridal hat: rich, dark blue brocade, with four wide embroidered ribbon in the back. (Hat could be velvet.) Brides wear hats. Married women cover thier hair with "bonnets," decorated with the same embroidered ribbons they had on the hats.
